NABL is a signatory to International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) Arrangements as well as Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC) Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRA), based on mutual evaluation and acceptance of other MRA Partner laboratory accreditation systems.

As a result of these international arrangements, a TCR Engineering Services test report based on the ISO/IEC 17025 standard for test / calibration results is accepted between countries in which the NABL MRA partners represent, such as:

The International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) Arrangement covers a global network of over 22,000 accredited testing and calibration laboratories. As a result of TCR Engineering Serivces, NABL and ISO 17025 certification, TCR is now part of this global network. Signatories of the ILAC Arrangement include A2LA, CNAL, PNAC (Pakistan) and others.
