With a deep interest in spreading knowledge in the fields of material science and NDT, Mrs. Bafna started the training institute in 2005. She is actively involved in promoting innovative use of the Internet for training purposes and is responsible for the day to day management of the business. The institute provides training and examinations in NDT to companies and individuals around the world, and Level II and III services to a wide range of industries, namely Aerospace, Nuclear, Automotive, Defense, Oil and Gas, and Power.

Mrs. Bafna also supervises the manpower recruitment activity. On behalf of TCR, Mrs. Bafna offers employers a range of services for the entire employment and NDT project life cycle including permanent, temporary and contract recruitment; employee assessment and selection; and consulting. Her aim at all times is help client’s increase their productivity through improved quality, efficiency and cost-reduction across their total workforce.

Mrs. Bafna has a Bachelors degree in Engineering from University of Mumbai and over 13 years of international work experience.
