The fast growing NDT service offering from TCR Engineering is looking for a Sr. Quality Engineer with NDT experience who will be responsible for NDT methods including procedures, training and certifying NDT personnel. Reviews, develops, and implements process improvements. Provides expertise and analysis to a wide range of technical problems. Develops NDT/NDE methods to meet new or unusual requirements.
Candidate should have brief knowledge in Film Interpretation and all Major NDT Methods and should possess valid ASNT NDT Level III in RT, UT, MT & PT but not necessarily all. Should also have ability to prepare NDT procedures, evaluate the results, strong Radiation Safety back ground, computer skill, to read the engineering drawing, interpretation of codes and standards and have thorough knowledge in ASME/AWS/API. Saudi Aramco experience is preferred.
The job may involve travel within the India and abroad requiring some periods of being several days away from the base location. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and ensure TCR's QA standards are never compromised. Capable of cross-training department personnel to perform job functions in various testing areas.

Requirement:
B.S Engg/ B. Engg/ M. Engg with Major and 10-15 years of directly related experience and Level III Real Time certification. Preference will be given to those candidates who have previously worked at Saudi Aramco Project sites for Auditing of NDT Activities behalf of Saudi Aramco. Should be able to pass the clients RTFI examination. Should also have driving capability, and willing to travel with Minimum of 10-15 years experience in NDT Related activities.
Prior experience of materials specifications and test protocols used in the oil and gas sector will be required.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
