What are the restrictions / procedure while shipping a material testing sample parcel to India?
Prohibited commodities while sending a material testing sample to India include Antiques, Gambling devices, Ivory, Jewelry, Military equipment, Precious metals & stones and Radar equip.-transmitters/receivers.
All commodities need to be accompanied by an invoice and completion of a DHL Waybill. While sending your material testing sample, you may claim an invoice value of $1.00 and state on the invoice that the sample is being send for analysis.
If your shipment exceeds any of the following limits, it may require special handling, please contact your local DHL country customer service department.
