I would like to know if you do testing of gold dust. If so how much would it cost if I were to send a sample from Africa?
Yes, we can analyze your Gold sample by wet method and you may send sample to us. Our charges will depend on number of impurities and their level in PPM. Full analysis cost is going to be approximate. US $50 (about 15 elements)

Can you source Casting suppliers in India?
We are pleased to inform you that we have several good firms in business of making of centrifuged castings in India. TCR can perform all types of pre shipment inspection and tests as per your QAP and make sure that they are sound castings. TCR can also get them ultrasonically tested for soundness.
Our rates for this effort include, Finding a manufacturer (US $100), Verifying the manufacturing source and the supplier's capability with a one day on-site visit (US $100 plus estimated cost of travel up to a max of US $200). Obtain and inspect a sample part, including visual and dimension check inspection and drawing of the sample at the foundry - US $100 plus cost of travel. Provide Quality Assurance for production with ultrasonic test. We will develop the method as per ASME section V and get the ultrasonic testing done with standard defect specimen made by us. The cost of ultrasonic testing will be $40 per piece with a minimum test lot to include 5 pieces.
Provide Logistics Management for shipments (US 150).
Ultrasonic is the only most reliable non-destructive method for checking internal defects. Radiography for this kind of piece will be very expensive and still some defects may escape undetected. Low frequency ultrasonic inspection can be standardized to suit this requirement. In addition a nick break test (destructive test) on a specimen can also be very useful.
TCR will check the dimensions of each part at your vendor's premises. Our charges for inspection of dimensions at your vendor’s premises will be US $ 100 /per day plus transportation charges (approximate US $ 200 max).
Please note that all quality requirements are to be meet by your vendor and our job will only be to guarantee you whether the parts meet your defined dimensions/requirements or not.
TCR will send a report upon completion of the inspection assignment.

Why is your international price list more expensive than local India price models?
Our international price list is more than what we charge for domestic customers. The increase in price is made to account for the superior level of customer service, increased communication, in-depth test certificate and reporting with testing on a priority basis. Further the international price accounts for the service fee and accounting procedures we have to undergo while receiving the international wire transfers.
