TCR can assist you in finding a manufacturer and verifying this manufacturing source and the supplier's capability with a one day on-site visit. We can obtain and inspect a sample part, including visual and dimension check inspection and drawing of the sample at the foundry. We will provide on-going Quality Assurance for production with on-site tests. We will also provide Logistics Management for all shipments.

Can you test and certify as per SONCAP for export to Nigeria?
TCR Engineering Services is a ISO 17025 accredited laboratory and works with SONCAP's regional partner in India - Intertek to certify material for export. We can provide mechanical, physical and chemical testing as per our scope within our ISO 17025 accreditation.

Can you find suppliers of the raw materials that I need for a project?
Contract with us to search the trade literature for you. We have access to many supplier catalogs, as well as on-line database subscriptions. We can also perform raw material cost calculations for various batch sizes and arrange to have samples sent to you for evaluation.

We are currently purchasing stainless steel wire from India and need to get this tested?
At the labs of TCR Engineering Services we routinely test SS wires for their tensile strength and Chemical Composition. The accuracy of testing tensile strength however will be good if your wire diameter is more than 0.80mm. We can also provide services for drawing samples so that you know the authenticity of sample. We may also be able to suggest you various sources of SS wires from India.

Can you perform expediting services? Our supplier is in Chennai?
Thank you for contacting TCR Engineering Services. We do expedititing services. Our charges for inspection of parts at your vendor’s premises will be US $ 120 per day/per engineer plus local transportation charges (T&E charges are typically around US$30-45 per day) from our laboratory in Mumbai. A 12.24% service tax is added on all invoices. Since you requirement is in Chennai, we will require our inspector to travel to Chennai from our base in Mumbai by air. This will cost you approximately US$200 per visit. Once you confirm the above rates; we will give you the CV of the inspector making the visit. We need 3 days to work with our resource management team to determine the next available inspector on our team that can travel once a week from Mumbai to Chennai.
