We have extensive expertise in analyzing failures pertaining to fertilizer and other industries. We undertake root-cause failure analysis through a metallurgical route. We do provide basic training in the filed of metallurgy and corrosion which can be further extended to root cause failure analysis. The training course we offer has fundamental understanding on practical aspect of metallurgy pertaining to fertilizer industries. The planned course will be of two day duration. The topics covered in this course include Practical applications of metallurgy and corrosion, Steel, Properties of Steel, Iron Carbon diagram from heat treatment aspect, Non-Ferrous Metals Used in the Process Plant Industries, Welding Metallurgy, Testing of metals, Corrosion fundamentals, Forms of Corrosion, Failure Investigation for chemical process industries - with case studies, and a complete Approach for Remaining Life Assessment for Process Plant Equipment.
All lectures will be followed by extensive discussion which would help to understand the practical aspect of corrosion and metallurgy.
Experts from TCR Engineering Services will visit your Plant and a program can be arranged in your auditorium. We will provide you exhaustive course material on a CD that includes the entire lecture series for two days. In our opinion around 15-20 engineers / Managers can be trained. The client will need to provide our instructors with a lodging and boarding facility for three persons traveling by Air or AC first-class by train to the training location.
