We have a 3 month engagement available for a qualified ASNT Level II personnel. This candidate must be extremely fluent in communication in English. The main work will be MPI and Ultrasonic testing. The inspector will have to make a lot of professional NDT reports. B.E. Degree holders preferred.

To apply for this job we will need a copy of the candidates certificates together with their CV to have him approved from the oil company. The job will be on site work in combination with desk assignment. He will perform the actual NDT testing with ultrasonic equipment (Krautkammer UMX 35) and MPI inspections with equipment from Magnaflux. He has to make the report in a professional standard in English. He also need to speak fluid English.

Mauritania is a totally safe country located in Africa between Senegal and Western Sahara. We can ensure that the candidate is safe at all times. There is no big tensions in Mauritania and the Cities is actually calm and relaxed. We have a Norwegian partner that has worked there for 3 years and has been moving alone most of the time alone in all country. He have never experienced any problem.

The candidate will be given medical insurance, travel costs, visa, hotel accommodation and free local travel.

Candidate will be paid $1800-$2500 depending on their years of experience and communication skills. Do not send any application if you think your communication skills in English are weak!

We will provide travel tickets and we will make medical insurance and provide local accommodations. We will also arrange all transport inside Mauritania that is necessary for the job.
