Candidates are carefully screened and fully qualified beginning with checking the references on all candidates and continues with checking his/her communication skills, all past experiences including academic and work experience certificates, availability and interest for the said job vacancy and job location, current salary details and expected salary as well as passport details.

We present a small number of selected candidates, carefully screened and having the skills you need. TCR will co-ordinate the interview date, time and venue with the client and the candidate. Interviews are held either on the telephone or in person as preferred by client. TCR also offers our conference room in Navi Mumbai, India to conduct interviews. The clients can also conduct interviews at their place of preference. It is standard market practice, for clients to reimburse candidates who reside outside the city of interview for their to and fro travel costs (either train /air fare) as per seniority of the assignment.

Finally TCR does have all the necessary experience in assisting and co-ordination for issuance of Visas/Work permits from local consulates, undergoing statutory medical tests, notarization & attestation of testimonials and completion of air-ticketing formalities.
