The management of TCR Enigneering Services in Mumbai is happy to announce the appointment of Mr. Arjun Sail as General Manager of TCR Engineering Services, Mumbai. As head of Customer Service at TCR, Arjun has demonstrated his ability to meet customer expectations and ensure smooth working environment. In his new role, Mr. Sail will undertake complete responsibility for all GM related tasks and seek to be a true representative of the TCR team.
Arjun is committed to making open communications the foundation for a winning culture at TCR. As for his new role, he will co-ordinate regarding material testing, NDT and on-site projects, address customer needs, respond to requests for material testing, help determine new ways to improve our business process (faster turnaround), as well as help maintain the excellent working culture at TCR. He will also address all customer escalation/issues and solve them in a manner that meets the TCR standard.
