Microstructure Characterizer Demo and Videos
TCR's in-house developed Microstructure Characterizer (MiC) 3.0 is a powerful image analysis software for Metallurgical use. We sell this tool to assist today's modern metallurgists. Any strength of customization is possible with MiC, right from new detection logic concept or image resolution or simultaneous image processing or with regard to reporting. What ever wished by the customer can be fulfilled with highest accuracy and repeatability algorithms.

Please note that in case you have any specific requirements, our software engineers can incorporate the same within the software.

Microstructure Characterizer Software Demo

Please read the help section in the MiC software post-installation of the above demo version. You will need to perform calibration of the software with your microscope. Should you need, you can use this calibration image as a default ruleset (measurement in Micron to 100X) to calibrate the software. It is however recommended that you use the calibration image from your optical/digital microscope. Details about calibration are in the video section below.

The software license is priced per installation. Do let us know of your interest in the purchasing the same. To assist in your decision-making process, we can process one image from your microscope with our MiC software and present you the output. When sending us the digital image, please let us know the magnification with which it was captured.
