At TCR Engineering Services we undertake NDT manpower assignments for Petrochemical and Power industry in India and can easily deploy strong engineering and NDT team on contract at your offshore location or within the Gulf/Middle-East area including Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia. We have personnel who have worked on various projects in India and in the Gulf region. We have a number of people available in various disciplines of NDT such as Radiography, Ultrasonic, Welding, MPI, Insitu Metallography & Positive Material Identification. Our on-site inspection team and associated personnel can be commissioned to work on contract on-site with our state-of-the-art equipments and tools. We can work under any 3rd Party Inspection Agency.
Strong Experience
Our inspection personnel have worked on design, fabrication, construction, inspection and erection of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Stacks, Tanks, Plant Pressure Piping, Offshore oil wells and many advanced projects.
Our ASNT Level III personnel have a minimum of 7-15 years of experience and Level II personnel have 5-10 years of experience. Senior experience team members are also available some with over 25 years of experience. Rates
Our inspectors/manpower work on a 8-10 hour shift and rates for their assignments are quoted on a per day basis. Overtime Charges are proportional to their daily charges on hourly basis. Charges for Material Testing (Destructive), if required, shall be extra. We will raise our invoice on a monthly basis. Payment must be made within 15 days of submission of the invoice.
There is a Mobilization Charge which has to be paid in advance to enable us to mobilize our resources. These funds will be set off against the future invoices.
The customer is also responsible for all T&E charges including food, accommodation, transportation and round trip air ticket from Mumbai, India to the offshore location or site where the inspection is carried out. The customer is also responsible for local travel expenses and expenses on food.
Safety and Healthcare
Any safety equipments if required must be supplied by the customer on-site/offshore QA department. The customer must all provide our inspectors with medical insurance except for eye refraction, eye glasses, dental, treatment, plastic surgery, artificial limb etc. The customer is not responsible for any treatment that includes chronic diseases such as Cancer, Aids and Hepatitis or any similar diseases that requires long term treatment.
Visa and Mobilization
The customer is required to provide visa and work permit as applicable. TCR will need minimum of 3 weeks notice will be for mobilizing our inspector.
