Send a service request

Tell the laboratory what the sample is, what it is made of and which tests you need. This is TCR Engineering's own service request form, form TCR/FRM-04A, completed online.

What happens when you submit. The completed form is emailed to the sales desk at sales@tcreng.com carrying a Code 128 barcode with your request reference and a QR code holding every field you entered. Customer service scans the QR code to load the request into the laboratory information management system, then replies with the job number and the quotation.

The clause 7.1 review, the charges and the departmental routing are completed by the laboratory, not by you, so those parts of the form are not shown here.

1. Service requestor

Full legal name.

15 characters, for the invoice. Leave blank if registered outside India.

The quotation and the job reference go to this address.

With PIN code.

2. Nature of service

Routine work is typically 3 to 5 working days.

3. Product description

Questions about sending a request

What happens after I send this form?

The request reaches the TCR Engineering sales desk at sales@tcreng.com with a barcode and a QR code carrying every field you entered. Customer service scans the QR code to load the request into the laboratory information management system, raises an SRF and job number, and replies with the job reference and the quotation. Nothing is tested until you have the quotation and the samples have reached the laboratory.

Will my report carry the NABL symbol?

Only for tests inside TCR Engineering's accredited scope, NABL NABLT0726MH18640 under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, which covers 1,483 scope items. Whether each test you have named is in scope is a laboratory judgement made during the clause 7.1 review of your request, not something this form decides. If any test falls outside the scope you are told before testing begins, and that test is reported without the NABL symbol.

Do I need an account to send samples?

No. This form is the route for anyone who does not want to register. A client account adds report history and job status; it is not a condition of testing.

How do I send the samples themselves?

Despatch them to the laboratory quoting the reference on your confirmation, or ask the sales desk to arrange collection. Mark any sample that is sharp, coated, radioactive, sour-service or otherwise hazardous, and say so in the remarks: the laboratory has to know before it is unpacked.
