He is responsible for client coordination, ensuring that customers are kept informed at every stage of the testing process and that their requirements are clearly communicated to the relevant teams.
His ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously ensures that service standards are consistently upheld.
Background and experience
A key part of his role involves witness arrangement coordinating and scheduling witness inspections on behalf of clients, ensuring that the right personnel, documentation, and lab resources are in place at the right time. His organised approach and proactive communication style help TCR deliver a seamless experience for clients requiring third-party or customer-witnessed testing.
