Overview

TCR delivers materials testing, non-destructive testing, inspection and asset integrity to Kuwaiti clients through TCR Arabia (Dammam, Saudi Arabia) and its NABL ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratories (NABLT0726MH18640) in Navi Mumbai and Vadodara, India. TCR holds contractor approval with KNPC and has delivered recognised work for GE, the Ministry of Electricity and Water, and EMC Standardkessel.

TCR does not maintain a physical office in Kuwait. Testing is performed at accredited laboratories, and inspection, failure-analysis and asset-integrity field teams mobilise to Kuwaiti sites for the duration of a project. Radiography (RT) is not currently licensed in Kuwait; RT scope is delivered from TCR's licensed operations.

TCR supports Kuwait's energy and industrial base across oil and gas, refining, petrochemicals, power, fertilisers, EPC and infrastructure, and water treatment, applying damage-mechanism-specific NDT, failure analysis and fitness-for-service.

  • Oil and gas: leak, failure and corrosion studies on storage spheres, terminals, jetties and transfer lines (CUI, pitting, SCC, IGC).
  • Refining and petrochemicals: failure and fire-damage assessment on CDU/VDU, FCCU, hydrogen units, reactors and storage tanks; in-situ metallographic replica.
  • Power: metallurgical and failure studies on boiler tubes, headers, steam lines and turbines, including FFS and RLA (clients such as MEW, SEC, GE, Alstom, Siemens).
