He coordinates operations across India, Saudi Arabia, Oman and China, and harmonises workflows and resources across TCR Engineering, TCR Arabia and TCR Advanced. Cross-border projects run against different regulatory, legal and compliance frameworks, and his job is to keep them on schedule inside all of them.
He oversees the group's international service agreements, including the manpower outsourcing contract with Gas Arabian Services in Saudi Arabia. That work covers the technical professionals deployed on the contract, their resource allocation, the cross-border monthly payroll and contractual adherence.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is reading for an MBA in Finance. He has four years of operational and financial accountability at the TCR group.
