The Godrej Properties contract, awarded in April 2026, makes TCR the third-party materials-testing partner for every Godrej Properties project in the Mumbai Zone for three years. Its scope covers aluminium formwork and accessories, tiles and stone, concrete, AAC blocks and reinforcement steel, and every sample is tested at the NABL-accredited Mahape laboratory under certificate NABLT0726MH18640.
On the plant side he is a deployment lead for turnaround inspection manpower, the service that staffs petrochemical, fertiliser and power-plant shutdowns with API 510, 570 and 653 inspectors, CSWIP and AWS welding inspectors and ASNT Level II and III NDT technicians, at 100 to 200 personnel during a major turnaround window.
